Frank Polk brings more than 20 years of experience in the aviation industry to his role as president and founder of Global Aviation Title Insurance Agency. In addition to being a licensed insurance agent for First American Transportation Title Insurance Company, the nation's leading issuer of aircraft title insurance for owners and lenders, he is also an attorney whose practice concentrates on aviation title, finance and regulatory law and related matters involving the Federal Aviation Act and Regulations. He regularly represents a variety of regional, national and interna-tional clients in connection with owning, leasing, acquiring, financing and operating aircraft.

Frank Polk received his undergraduate degree, with distinction, from the University of Oklahoma, where he was honored as a member of Phi Beta Kappa. In 1980, he received his law degree from Duke University School of Law.

Frank has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America and is also a frequent panelist, speaker, chairman, and organizer of aviation law conferences. In addition to lecturing on the Cape Town Convention, his speaking credits include:

Frank is a member of the American Bar Association Forum on Air and Space Law, the Aircraft Finance and Contracts Division of the ABA Forum, the ABA Subcommittee on Aircraft Financing, and the National Business Aircraft Association (NBAA Tax Committee member).
