Scott McCreary is a licensed insurance agent who specializes in the area of aircraft title insurance for aircraft lenders and owners. He is also an attorney who represents clients in connection with matters involving buying, selling, leasing and financing of aircraft. His practice is primarily focused on matters relating to the Federal Aviation Act and the FAA Aircraft Registry, such as aircraft title, registration, finance and leasing law, as well as regulatory issues relating to the operation of aircraft under Part 91 of the Federal Aviation Regulations.
Scott received his bachelor's degree from Oklahoma State University in 1988 and his Juris Doctor, with distinction, from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1992.
